I specialise in kettlebell fitness, qualified under 'IKFF' Internationl Kettlebell and Fitness Federation, I also
own a successful Personal Training company. In addittion, i have worked with a vast amount off clients from drug rehabilition to sport professionals to tour de france cyclists to martial arts experts and injury rehabilition clients I have over 10 years experience in the Health & fitness industry, and I'am also a highly qualified Martial Arts expert with over 20 years of experience in Ju-Jitsu.

My passion for kettlebells started back in early 08 with Dr Mark Cheng RKC team leader he opened my eyes to a hole new way off training to the way i like training hard core and have since worked under the watch full eye off one the best trainers in scotland Rannach Donald off kettlebell scotland his workshops are fun and hard work i then gained the IKKF quailifcation in september 2008 under steve cotter from International kettlebell and fitness federation.
