Bio

Scotland's Kettlebell Authority. The only RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) & IKFF (International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation) Certified Coach teaching in Scotland. Life long martial arts and wellness enthusiast, Rannoch has trained with some of the worlds top coaches. Based in Edinburgh he regularly hosts workshops across Scotland working with all levels.

Rannoch has a life long involvement in fitness & martial arts. His focus is on wellness. Workshops and classes combine mobiliy, bodyweight and Kettlebell drills to create a complete, self sufficient practice.
