I run a soft tissue clinic in Stourbridge West Midlands, I specialise in the treatment of soft tissue problems. I use kettle bells for fitness and to rehabilitate my clients and to teach them the correct biomechanical body movements. Personal training, sports massage and injury management available at a time and place to suit you.
