My name is Ferenc Acs. I come from Hungary.
I have been practicing sports for a long time, and tried nearly everything from baseball to handball, from jogging to rugby and martial arts.
I learned Shaolin Kung Fu in the Eden Park (Middle Europe’s biggest shaolin centre) for 4 years. After that I practised Muay Thai and Krav Maga for several years.
Later I learned about Kettlebell and it amazed me how simple but challenging, how demanding but satisfying it is.
I have trained hard and became a Kettlebell instructor on the 5th of October 2008. I have moved to the UK recently.
