I am a sports conditioning coach and run my own fitness classes for the general public 3 times a week. I also coach Brazilian Football Conditioning methods at West Bromwich Albion F.C Academy and have previously worked as a fitness coach for Notts County F.C. I provide Personal Training to a variety of different clients. On top of this I am a conditioning coach at a local Tennis club, where they have a desire to be as professional as possible and aim to improve the standard of their youth players through quality instruction and conditioning. Martial Arts is a big passion of mine and my biggest influence. I am an Amateur British Muay Thai Lightweight Champion and was a Chief Instructor of a successful gym in Birmingham. Occasionally I still provide instruction and I am a consultant to some internationally renowned fighters.
