Ladies Kettlebell Class with CJS Fitness

So you've heard of Kettlebells and you want to give them ago. One problem, you find the idea of going to classes with all those sweaty, noisy blokes a bit intimidating? Maybe you just want to workout with the ladies?

Either way we have the perfect Kettlebell Class in Wandsworth for all you ladies, new mums and entrepreneurs that what to burn hundreds of calories per session, lose weight, tone up and have fun doing it!

Each Ladies Only Kettlebell Class is 60 minutes and will turborcharge your fitness level and burn fat. The Kettlebell Class takes place in Earlsfield, Wandsworth, London and is run by one of the UK's Kettlebell Coaches Cj Swaby.

By no means your normal aerobics class! All the exercises will be done using Bodyweight exercises and Kettlebells. You don't need to be super fit to join in the Kettlebell Keep Fit Classes. All Levels are welcome. All.

What will we be doing in the Ladies Only Kettlebell Classes?

Each Session is different, fun and effective but we guarantee you will see results. Each class typically looks like

Warm Up 10 - 15 minutes; Moving your joints & Using your bodyweight getting you ready for action.

Main Session 25 - 35 minutes: Fully loaded Kettlebell exercises and body weight moves targeting your core, thighs, back, arms and bum (in short, your ENTIRE body)

Cool Down 10 - 15 minutes: lowering your pulse and working on your flexibility to help you recover quickly
